Last updated: April 13, 2026 · Applies to use of the 4$0 Discord bot and related web services operated under the same deployment.
By inviting the bot to a server, using slash commands, using web panels, or otherwise interacting with the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service and remove the bot from your server.
Dashboard or OAuth-linked features may require Discord login. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and tokens on your devices.
Server operators may remove the bot at any time. Operators may suspend or restrict features for abuse, non-payment (if applicable), or security incidents. Some data may remain in backups until rotated.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The bot may experience downtime, data loss, or bugs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the bot. Direct damages are limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the prior month, if any.
Server administrators agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator against claims arising from server content, member actions, or misconfiguration, except where prohibited by law.
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date.
For questions about a specific Discord server, contact that server’s administration team. For the software deployment itself, use the operator’s published support channel (for example, the support server linked from /home).
